This Privacy Policy describes how DestinPQ LLP("we", "us", or "our"), the developer of BalncD on Google Play (package com.akanksha.akanksha_care), collects, uses, and protects information when you use the BalncDmobile application (the "App") on Android or iOS.

The App provides self-help tools for sleep, mood, habits, journaling, guided audio content, and access to clinic services. It is not a substitute for emergency medical or mental health care.

When you use the App, we may collect:

• Account information: name, email address, password (stored securely as a hash), wellness goals, and app preferences
• Wellness data you enter: mood check-ins, journal entries, habit check-ins, sleep logs, daily plan progress, and notification settings
• Usage data: content you listen to or complete, streaks, and in-app progress summaries
• Device settings: optional app lock preferences (e.g. Face ID / passcode), stored on your device where supported
• Technical data: basic request logs needed to operate the API (e.g. timestamps, error diagnostics) - we do not sell this data

We do not collect precise location, contacts, photos, or microphone recordings through the App unless you explicitly grant a permission in a future version and we update this policy.

We use your information to:

• Create and manage your account
• Personalize your daily plan, content recommendations, and progress insights
• Store and display your mood, journal, sleep, and habit history
• Send in-app reminders you schedule
• Provide customer support and respond to your requests
• Maintain security, prevent abuse, and improve App reliability
• Comply with applicable legal and professional obligations

App account and wellness data are stored on secure servers operated for our clinic at api.drakanksha.com. Authentication tokens may be stored locally on your device so you can stay signed in.

When you book a session or contact the clinic through external links (e.g. our website booking page), those services are governed by their own privacy practices.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information only:

• With authorized clinic staff and service providers who help us operate the App, under confidentiality obligations
• When required by law, court order, or to protect someone's safety
• With your explicit consent (for example, if you choose to share information with your therapist)

You can update your profile and notification preferences in the App. You may delete your account from the Profile section; this permanently removes your account and associated App data from our servers, subject to limited retention required by law.

Information you enter in the App (such as mood or journal notes) may relate to your mental health. We treat this information with care and protect it in line with applicable healthcare privacy standards.
